As composer, songwriter, producer, Newton has written and published over 200 works ranging from songs to symphonies. Also an author of over 10 books on various music subjects is an honor graduate of Los Angeles City College and Mt. St. Mary's of Los Angeles and former teacher at LACC and Dean at the USA University of Sound Arts.
